The Song Of Achilles
by Madeline Miller

Very good. It was nice to see this side of a famous figure like Achilles. Patroclus and Achilles love story was sweet and tragic but in the end they got to be together. Highly recommend for anyone who likes mythology, romance, etc
Red, White & Royal Blue

Exciting and sexy and had me reading it every possible second!
Bear, Otter, And The Kid
by T. J. Klune

The difference between this book and the author’s newer books is crazy. This one has a plot that seems stolen from the movie Shelter, has cheesy writing, and the characters were not well developed. It was still cute at times but it is amazing to see this author’s growth

I'm recommending this book for spies of all ages.
The Adventures Of Tom Sawyer
by Mark Twain

I am only close to halfway done but I love this book. It's so fun. I want to do a lot of the adventures in this book. My mom read it when she was little girl. It's a little hard to read, but not much.
The Literature Of Japanese American Incarceration
by Frank Abe

Powerful stories and poems from Japanese Americans unjustly incarcerated during WWII.
The Complete Maus
by Art Spiegelman

An incredible true story. It shows the horrors of WW2 and what one man did to survive. He isn’t painted as a perfect person but someone who is headstrong, resourceful, and difficult to deal with. It depicts a strained father-son relationship and familial trauma. The author frames his father’s story with modern day anecdotes of his antics. Highly recommend, especially in today’s political climate.
